Its main objective is to be a meeting point and a means of communication between the lactose intolerant people and companies and horeca. It focuses on obtaining the sensitivity of the food manufacturers in the labeling of their products and disseminates the knowledge on lactose intolerance.
AILI allows lactose intolerant person to live their life in a serene and conscious, without the need to feel "different". AILI aims to grow the civic sense and social attention, raising awareness and spreading knowledge of that intolerance. One of its main objective is to raise awareness amongst manufacturers and / or distributors of food, so highlighting the absence on the packaging or the amount of lactose present in the components and processes in order to allow its use by patients who are lactose intolerant.
