ADILAC, Lactose intolerance Spanish Association was born in 2003 with the following objectives:
Lactose intolerants: Be a media communication.
Food industry/horeca: Sensitivity of food manufacturers labelling their products and horeca in the appropriate customer information.
Society/medical professionals: Spreading the knowledge of the existence of this gap in society and the medical sector.
Administration: Support from the administration in recognition of LI.
ADILAC is the promoter of LIGN, LACTOSE INTOLERANCE GLOBAL NETWORK. The main target is to be the world-wide relating the LI and to put in contact the lactose intolerant people and their existing national organizations in the world.
